GLENDALE, AZ (KOLD) - Comfort food redefined in Glendale, Arizona.
Bianca Lopez says she was looking something easy to feed her family the day before Thanksgiving and decided that pancakes from a Batter Blaster spray can mix would do the trick.
The last cake cooked was unique. Lopez said she recognized it instantly - the Virgin Mary, revealed in golden brown swirls.
Lopez says the image has brought her peace and comfort. She has no plans to consume the pancake and is keeping it safe in her freezer.
