Bond is set at 25,000 dollars for the three points man accused of a horrible case of dog abuse.
A
tip led to the arrest of Wayne Allen Dean Thursday evening.In March, authorities removed two dogs from his home.
Investigators say one of the animals, "Otis" had cigarette burns on his face and body. His tail had been cut off and he had been sexually abused. Otis had to be euthanized because of his injuries.
The other dog is at Pima Animal Care Center, where she's taking care of her seven puppies. Dean is charged with three counts of felony animal cruelty. A vigil for Otis will be held this Sunday beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Pima County Animal Care Center. The public is invited come.
