Dog Abuse Suspect Re-Arrested

A Three Points man accused of dog abuse is back in jail after missing his court date.

Dean failed to show up for a court hearing June 9th, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Pima County Sheriff's deputies caught up with Wayne Allen Dean on Monday, after getting a tip from 88-CRIME.  He faces numerous charges of animal cruelty.

Back in March, his dogs were found burned, bitten and sexually abused.  One of them had to be euthanized because of his injuries. The other dog was taken to Pima County Animal Care.
