Five pages detailing each crime grand jurors believe Christopher Decaire committed.
A total of eight charges, the first dates back to March of last year.
The indictment states Decaire committed sexual abuse of a minor by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact with a minor under the age of fifteen years, by touching the victim's breasts.
Four counts state Decaire committed sexual conduct with a minor, by intentionally or knowingly engaging in an act of oral sexual contact with a minor.
The final two counts involve the victim's and suspects genitals.
We went to Christopher Decaire's home this afternoon to ask him about the indictment, no one came to the door.
Decaire was arrested on January 11th after police served a search warrant at the church.
When KOLD News 13 broke this story last week we talked with East Tucson Baptist Church Pastor John Anderson about his youth ministers arrest.
"Think about getting hit in the stomach unexpectedly and getting the wind knocked out of you," Anderson said in an interview last week.
Anderson added a situation like this doesn't only effect the two families involved, it effects everyone at the church.
"Shock, anger, denial rationalization, all of those are taking place right now," Anderson told KOLD.
