The Primavera Foundation, partnering with Tucson Originals, hosts a series of Apprentice Chef and Gourmet Dining Events each summer. Community members, under the tutelage of some of Tucson's finest chefs, will create and prepare an elaborate wine-paired dinner served to a group of dining guests. The experience will take place in the kitchens and elegant dining rooms of the participating restaurants.

Be a Primavera Cooks! Apprentice Chef

A few Apprentice Chef positions are still available for this season.  This includes teaming up with some of Tucson's finest chefs, working together to create a menu with paired wines, prep instruction and execution the day  of the event, and hands-on experience during the dinner.  The cost is $250 and 100% is tax deductible.

Be a Primavera Cooks! Diner

Diners may enjoy a fabulous, multi-course gourmet dinner which includes gratuity for $125 per person. Diners take a subscription to Tucson Home Magazine and can purchase wines they drank that evening at a discounted price.

Reservations, Apprentice Chef inquiries and payment may be made by calling David at 623-5111 x101.

Be a Primavera Cooks! Sponsor

Sponsorships play an important part in Primavera Cooks! Sponsor underwriting dollars allow the money raised from each dinner to go directly toward Primavera's programs and services, while providing important recognition for sponsor businesses.
