Melissa Egan

From the Sunshine State, Melissa grew up in Cooper City, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale.

Melissa got her degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Before making her way out west after graduation, Melissa spent time working in athletics at The Citadel Military College in Charleston, South Carolina. That is where she transitioned to producing in the Lowcountry at WCSC.

From Charleston, Melissa made a stop in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where she reported around the Pine Belt for WDAM.

Melissa is excited to call southern Arizona home. When she is not at the station, you can find Melissa spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants and breweries, getting an iced coffee and in the fall, cheering on her Florida Gators every Saturday.
