KOLD News 13Mariachi band for Cinco de Mayo

It was a Cinco de Mayo celebration in the studio. Tuesday marks the day the Mexican army defeated the French at the Battle of Puebla. Los Changitos Feos de Tucson entertained us with some mariachi music to get the day started.
The 12 Performers in the studio ranged in age from 11 to 18. They all attend various middle and high schools in the Tucson area.
Los Changuitos Feos is a non-profit, scholarship based group, said director, Alberto Ranjel. They've entertained all over the country have even performed at two Presidential inaugurations.
