KOLD News 13Serial Speeder Finally Caught

Tucson, AZ (KOLD)-- A serial speeder in the Phoenix area has finally been tracked down by police. 29 year old Elvis Saloum has managed to avoid police even though he has been caught on photo radar cameras speeding more than 55 times. Police say Saloum has been caught on several Arizona freeways including the Loop 101 and Interstate 17 going between 86 and 104 miles an hour.
Police tracked him down Friday at a shopping center in Peoria and arrested him. He is charged with 11 counts of criminal speeding.
