TUCSON, AZ (KOLD News 13) - The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is looking for the public to help them identify a robbery suspect. Investigators say this suspect is brazen.
PCSD tells us it happened on April 17 in the morning. The suspect walked in the Quick-Mart at Rodger and Fairview. He grabbed a drink and headed to the counter. Deputies say, the suspect pulled out a gun and even pointed it at the store employees head. At some point, the suspect fired two shots. One that ended up in the cigarette display and the other one in the safe. The store clerk wasn’t injured.
The suspect got away with cash and cigarettes. He left in a maroon Honda CRV. Inside that SUV was a Hispanic man. Investigators are saying he is an accomplice to this crime. The main suspect in this case is described as a Hispanic or darker skin man in his mid 20s. His estimated height is 5’9 to 6’0.
