UPDATE: Four people killed in wrong-way crash on I-19 near Tubac
Four people were killed Sunday in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 19 near Tubac.

TUCSON, AZ (KOLD News 13) - A wrong-way crash on Interstate 19 near Tubac Sunday, May 5 left four people dead.

Arizona DPS said Tambra Hoskins, of Green Valley, caused the crash. The 52-year-old Hoskins died.

Hoskins was going the wrong way on I-19 when she crashed into a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Edith A. Munoz, of Tucson. Munoz died at the scene.

Munoz’ three sons were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Mario A. Gradillas, 24, and Saul E. Gradillas, 19, also died but a 14-year-boy survived. He was transported to Banner UMC with life threatening injuries.

Impairment will be determined by the medical examiner and the investigation is ongoing.
