Sahuarita police: Voyeurism suspect turns self in

SAHUARITA, AZ (KOLD News 13) - A suspect in a voyeurism case turned himself in to police on Thursday, May 9.

According to information from the Sahuarita Police Department, 34-year-old Kelvin Kirby Jr. was booked into the Pima County Jail on one count of voyeurism.

He called police after he saw a news story about the Tuesday, May 7, incident at the Fry’s Marketplace at 15950 S. Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard.

Officers arrested Kirby at a home near the 200 block of East Mountain Alder Street.

Surveillance footage from the store showed a man allegedly taking surreptitious cell phone video or photos from under a woman’s dress.
