UPDATE: Identity of victim released in shooting on north-west side

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirm 24-year-old Benjamin Jordan Palmer was killed in an early morning shooting in the Tucson area Saturday, June 22.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said it happened around 1:30 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 7400 block of North Mona Lisa Road.

The PCSD said the shooting happened after an argument in the complex's parking lot.

Palmer was found with a gunshot wound and later died from his injuries at a local hospital.

There are no outstanding suspects, according to the PCSD.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
