TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - An Arizona man was cited with an HOV violation after he tried to pass a camouflage-wearing skeleton as a passenger.

The 62-year-old driver was pulled over on State Route 101 near Apache Boulevard early Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020 where he was cited for the trickery as well as window tint violations, according to ADPS.
