TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - On June 19, the city of Tucson unveiled a Black Lives Matter banner on city hall.

The sign quickly gained a lot of attention, drawing criticism and praise from residents.

KOLD News 13 has learned the banner, made by a company named The Goo Factory, cost more than $3,300 and came out of Mayor Regina Romero’s budget.

The invoice for the banner can be seen below.
