TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Tucson Police responded to a crash that shut down Northbound Silverbell Road at West Grant Road on Monday night, Nov. 23, 2020.
Officials say it is a serious-injury collision involving a pedestrian and the vehicle involved has remained at the scene.
