TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - A man has been arrested after Pima County Sheriff’s Department officials say a person riding a horse was hit by a vehicle at 5:24 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2.
It happened near West Ina and North Sandario road. The victim was not transported to a hospital. PCSD says the horse was injured and a veterinarian was called to the scene.
Jeff Garland Gresham, 54, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI-operating a vehicle while license revoked.
According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, Greshman was convicted of endangerment in Pima County in 2009.
