TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Schools in the Vail School District start going back to hybrid instruction beginning next week.
This, after Vail School Superintendent John Caruth sent a letter out in which he recommended the school board to make the approval.
Beginning Monday, Jan. 25th, all PreK-8 schools in the district, along with Vail Academy and High School, will return to the hybrid instruction model. All other high schools in the district will resume hybrid instruction on Monday, Feb. 8th.
“Staffing schools with many on quarantine has been one of the most difficult challenges of the last several months,” said Superintendent Carruth. “Staggering the opening will help assure we have enough staff, bus drivers and substitute teachers to keep schools open.”
