TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - A popular venue in Phoenix is shut down after social media videos are leaked showing attendees partying without face masks or social distancing measures.

In a news release, the Arizona Department of Health Services says the business violated Emergency Measure 2020-02 when they hosted a rap concert on Saturday, Jan. 16.

For $50, people of all ages could buy a ticket to see Polo G. According to an AZ Family article, the City of Phoenix did not approve the gathering of more than 50 people, which is required.

AZDHS has notified the Pressroom of their violation and has posted a closure measure on the front doors. They will not be able to reopen until several benchmarks are achieved and permission is granted from the health department.
