Pima County Sheriff’s Department finds body in southwest Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - An investigation is underway after Pima County Sheriff’s Department found a body on the southwest side of Tucson.

According to Deputy Marissa Hernandez, on Wednesday, Jan. 27 around 4:20 p.m., deputies were called to South Mountain Eagle Drive and West Valencia Road in reference to a man down.

Upon arrival, they located a deceased male.

PCSD detectives have taken over the investigation and will provide more information when available.
