TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - On Wednesday, Feb. 24 just after 11:30 a.m., deputies with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department received information from the U.S. Park Service that a deceased male had been located in Saguaro National Park [West].
Responding Search & Rescue deputies were able to identify the man as 78-year-old William Trotter.
Mr. Trotter had been reported missing by friends earlier this month after not being seen for several days, and was listed as a missing person on Feb. 9.
According to PCSD, Mr. Trotter’s death is not suspicious. However, deputies continue with investigations.
