TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - An owner of an adult care home in Phoenix has been accused of beating a patient to death.

Valer Catuna, 52, has been indicted on charges of second-degree murder and vulnerable adult abuse.

Catuna allegedly assaulted William Griswold at Artemis Adult Care Home on Oct. 21, 2020.

Griswold, 53, died later that night and authorities said it was from the injuries he sustained in the assault.
