Santa Cruz County opens vaccine elegibility to adults 18 and over April 5

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY (KOLD News 13) - Another Arizona county is expanding COVID-19 vaccine elegibility to residents. Today, Santa Cruz County announced vaccinations will open to all adults over 18 years of age beginning April 5.
Registration for these appointments open up tomorrow, Friday, April 2, at noon.
County officials say the current pre-registration link for appointments will no longer be available after today. So residents who have registered, but have not been able to get an appointment, will have to make a new appointment online, or call the hotline at (520) 375-7626 Monday though friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The links for scheduling vaccine appointments will be available thRough the Santa Cruz County website and the Mariposa Community Healthcare Center website.
County residents will need to bring proof of residency/employement in the county to their vaccination appointmentS.
More appointments will also become available each week Friday at noon.
