Police investigating serious-injury pedestrian collision on Grant Road

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Officers with the Tucson Police Department say a pedestrian is recovering from serious but non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital after being hit by a car on Grant Road Friday night.
According to reports, the incident happened between Stone Avenue and Oracle Road just before 9:30 p.m.
Tucson police say the driver remained on the scene to assist with investigations.
So far no citations or arrests have been made, but we will keep you updated with any new information.
