TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - To laminate or not to laminate?

Many are looking for ways to help protect their COVID-19 vaccine card. However, should you laminate your card?

According to CBS News, some experts recommend you do not laminate your card.

Here’s why. They say the two empty lines at the bottom of the card may need to be filled out with booster shots at some point.

However, other experts say go ahead and do it.

They believe by the time we figure out if and when booster shots are needed a better record-keeping system will probably be in place. If you choose that route some stores like OfficeMax and Office Depot as well as Staples will laminate it for free.

If you want a less permanent way to help protect your card, many companies are selling plastic sleeves.
