Wildcats, Rob Gronkowski set new Guinness world record

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The University of Arizona Football Team, Rob Gronkowski, Donnie Salum, and Liquid Light came together at the Wildcats Football Stadium on Friday, April 23, 2021 to set a new world record for the highest altitude catch of an American football.

The Guinness World Records reviewed the event and recorded the 620 foot record.

The previous record was set by Dude Perfect at 563 feet.
