Lisette Larson

Digital Reporter

From an early age, Lisette loved to meet new people and find out everything about them.

Growing up, her family said she always "asked a lot of questions" and was persistent to find the answers. This curiosity led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in TV journalism.

Lisette started at KOLD News 13 as an intern. She worked her way from a video editor onto the digital team, where her stories reach an online audience. She is no stranger to Arizona, growing up in Mesa, she often visited Old Pueblo and is happy to call it home.

Her favorite part of storytelling is giving people a voice. She believes storytelling unites us as humans by finding common ground and seeing new perspectives.

She spends her free time watching the Great British Baking Show, trying new foods or involved in her local church. She is part of the Drop Dance Studio's competitive team, spending hours each week popping and locking.
