Green Valley couple accused of voter fraud

Tucson, AZ (KOLD) - A Green Valley couple is accused of voting more than once in the 2008 presidential election.

James and Karen Marshall have been indicted on 5 counts related to voter fraud.

Investigators say the couple voted by early ballot in both Kansas and Arizona.

If convicted, the maximum sentence would be 5-years in prison and-or a $250,000 fine.
