TUCSON (KOLD) - A local hospital is adding more services to help elderly patients.

On Wednesday, Tucson Medical Center announced a new facility for dementia and elderly psychiatric care.  Handmaker Jewish Services or the Aging is also taking part.

A $3 million grant will support the project but TMC still needs to raise $1.5 million.

The hospital hopes to break grounds in about a year.
