Protesting students walk out of school
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The battle over ethnic studies continued as dozens of students from Tucson High School walked out of school on Monday.
More than 50 students marched down 4th Ave. toward Santa Rita Park in protest of the recent ban on Mexican American studies at TUSD schools.
Student from Pueblo and Cholla high schools and Wakefield Middle School are also expected to walk out of school on Monday.
