TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Children at Tucson Medical Center for Children are building health and happiness thanks to a donation from Ventana Medical Systems.

Employees with Ventana dropped off more than 200 Lego sets for TMC.  They have been collecting Legos since the beginning of October.

"It is so important for our young patients to have visitors from caring people while they are in the hospital," says TMC President and CEO Judy Rich in a press release. "It helps lift their spirits, which aids in the healing process, and having a new toy to play with provides a distraction that helps them focus on something other than the reason they're here."
