Driver hurt in tractor-trailer crash, I-10 restricted east of Tucson

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A truck driver was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on I-10, east of Tucson Friday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident happened near State Route 83 at milepost 282 at 8:49 a.m.
The tractor-trailer carrying textile went into median and the trailer caught on fire. The driver was ejected in the accident, and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
According to a DPS spokesman, the No. 1 lanes in both directions are expected to be closed for several hours during the cleanup process.
Rincon Valley and Corona de Tucson fire departments responded. Tucson News Now has a crew at the scene.
