PCSD: Mail theft suspects caught with child in car

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Pima County Sheriff's deputies arrested two people in connection with a string of mail thefts on Tucson's east side.
Deanna Lupo, 35, and Richard Keppler, 38, were caught on Thursday, March 5 after a traffic stop and admitted to the thefts and using stolen credit cards, according to a PCSD news release.
Deputies said Lupo's 9-year-old daughter was in the car.
Detectives later found stolen mail at their homes.
Keppler was charged with theft and computer tampering and Lupo faces child abuse charges.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service says those who witness a mail theft or think their mail was stolen should call 911 or the Postal Inspectors at (877) 876-2455 and press "3."
