UA track coach faces domestic violence charges

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A track and field coach at the University of Arizona was arrested on domestic violence charges on Friday, May 1, according to university police.

Craig Carter, who coaches the team's throwers, was booked into the Pima County Jail, and was being held on $40,000 bond.

According to the University of Arizona Police Department, Carter was charged with one count each of domestic violence, aggravated assault, domestic violence threats, domestic violence stalking and interfering with an education institution.
