TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A local group is giving men real world advice about being a father. There are two courses that the Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services in midtown offers. They help expecting fathers in their teens to fathers that are in their 40's.

A free program for men under 21, with services that include C-P-R certification, care seat education and support groups.

There is a boot camp for dads that are 21 and over. It's a onetime workshop for men only. These first time dads go over topics that include, parental teamwork, handling and changing a new born and the role of a father in the family.

24/7 dad is an education based program that helps dads in a 12 week program. The course tackles communication for dads, co-parenting strategies and discipline. This course is more for the father that already has children and is looking for a little guidance.
