Police release 911 call of missing Maricopa couple

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Authorities have released the 911 call regarding the Maricopa couple who went missing on Monday, June 22.

According to a news release from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old Michael Careccia and his 42-year-old wife, Tina Careccia, left their home in Maricopa around 5 a.m. for work, but they never made it.

Police received the 911 call at 7:16 p.m. that evening, from Michael's 17-year-old son.

Later that night around 10 p.m., police located the couple's 2008 Honda Accord, abandoned near North Ralston Road and West Papago Road.

According to the Associated Press, Tina works at a construction company in Chandler, but Michael is unemployed.

Tina ia 5'8" and 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Michael is 5'10" and 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
