Pickup crashes into Circle K on Tucson's NW side

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Ina Road in both directions was a mess on Wednesday afternoon after a pickup drove completely into the Circle K just west of Ina Road and Interstate 10.

Northwest Fire District crews were dispatched to the scene around 4:30 p.m., according to a news release from NWFD.

A DPS trooper was in the parking lot when the accident happened and called it in.

The driver of the pickup had minor injuries, but chose not to go to the hospital.

One person in the store was evaluated, but also chose not to go to the hospital.

Around the same time, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Ina Road in front of the store, causing major traffic delays.

The driver of one vehicle had to be extricated from the vehicle, and was taken to the hospital. She was in stable condition.

The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Marana police are working to determine what caused both of these accidents.
