TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - If you celebrated Cinco De Mayo last night you may want to call for a ride to work this morning.

Law enforcement is working through the weekend to catch drivers who've had too much to drink as well as those drivers who still may have alcohol in their system from the previous night's festivities.

Experts said getting a BAC above the legal limit is not that difficult. For a 140-pound man, it would be three drinks in one hour and it can last in your system even after a full night's rest.

Arizona has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to drinking and driving so if you get caught, that first-offense DUI can mean up 10 days in jail and around $1,500 in fines.
