He was found safe in the 400 block of N. 6th Avenue.

Tucson Police are thanking all that helped in the search.

Sgt. Kim Bay, spokeswoman for the Tucson Police Department, said Sidney Francisco, 20, had last been seen around 11 a.m. at the Home Depot near the intersection of North Oracle Road and West Limberlost Drive.

Francisco is 5-foot-4, 131 pounds and was wearing all black clothing. Bay said he has impaired speech, a slow walk and functions at a much lower level than a normal 20 year old.

Francisco recently moved into a new group home and may not know the area well, according to Bay.
