RED ROCK, AZ (Tucson News Now) - An 86-year-old man who had Alzheimer's disease and dementia, was found dead near Sahuarita Sunday evening.

Joseph Rosiles, 86, was considered missing and endangered, from the 21600 block of East Homestead Drive in Red Rock, which is just north of Marana. He was Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.

Pima County Sheriff's Department Det. Ryan Inglett confirmed that Rosiles' body was found near the 6000 block of West Duval Mine Road at about 6 p.m. The cause of death is yet to be determined by the Pima County Medical Examiner's Office.

His family last saw him Saturday evening and discovered he was missing at 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

He drove a tan 2007 Nissan Murano with an Arizona license plate BBP7450. It has a "deputy star" sticker in the back window.

Rosiles did not have a cell phone and may have been wearing only shoes with no other clothing.

Rosiles was originally from California but had worked in the past in Tucson, so his family was unsure where he might have been headed.
