Silver alert canceled, missing Tucson man found safe

PIMA COUNTY, AZ ( Tucson News Now) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department has canceled a silver alert for 75-year-old James Waters, who went missing Monday night after leaving his brother's home near St. Mary's Road and Silverbell Road.

Waters has an extensive medical history including extreme fatigue. He has been known to pull off the road to rest when driving.

PCSD canceled the alert around 5:45 a.m. after Tucson police found Waters in the area of Pinto Verde and Wilmot.

He has been reunited with his family.
