UPDATE: Sheriff ID's victim in NW-side homicide

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Pima County sheriff's deputies are investigating a suspicious death on Tucson's northwest side on Monday, July 18.
Deputies found 45-year-old Nicolas Morelos deceased inside his home with obvious signs of trauma, according to a news release from the sheriff's department.
According to Sheriff Chris Nanos, the death is being investigated as a homicide.
According to Dep. Courtney Rodriguez, the call came in shortly after 9 a.m.
The man was found in a home in the 9200 block of N. Grouse Place, near W. Overton Road and N. Hartman Lane.
According to the sheriff, a friend of the man discovered him. She had come to visit him because she had not seen or heard from him in a while.
No other details were immediately available.
