Tuesday marks first of several Action Days in forecast

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Tuesday, July 10, is the first in a series of First Alert Action Days due to possible widespread storms.
Scattered showers are possible in the early morning hours followed by heavy rain and thunderstorms possible for much of southern Arizona.
The biggest threats include gusty winds, blowing dust, flooding, lightning and low visibilities.
The is a possibility of severe thunderstorm warnings across Pima and Pinal counties Tuesday afternoon.

The chance for monsoon storms continues this week, so the First Alert Weather team has called for action days on Tuesday through Friday, July 13 and again on Sunday-Monday, July 15-16.
