TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Frustrating, is how residents who live in Cardinal Lane Mobile Home Park describe living there.
The mobile home park is on the southwest side, near Valencia and Cardinal Avenue.
The residents told Tucson News Now that they have been without water for nearly two weeks. They blame the owner, Gail Marcinek. They believe she isn't paying the water bill.
We checked with Tucson Water on the status of this property. Tucson Water shared with us that there seems to be an ongoing problem with the mobile home park.
Service under current owner Gail Marcinek has been shut-off twice and service under former owner Jo Ann Marcinek had been shut off every other month, according to Tucson Water officials.
Also at the front of the mobile home park is a bright green sign from the Pima County Health Department. It was posted on Thursday and says, the mobile home park is operating without a permit.
