Second woman comes forward in Orlando Bradford case

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A second woman has come forward regarding the case of former University of Arizona football player Orlando Bradford.

Bradford is currently being held at the Pima County Jail on a $20,000 bond.

He faces seven counts of assault and kidnapping for an alleged domestic violence incident.

According to Sgt. Pete Dugan with the Tucson Police Department, the second woman came forward on Thursday, Sept. 15, one day after Bradford was arrested.

The woman said Bradford had allegedly assaulted her multiple times in the past.

Police interviewed her and said they determined her claim was legitimate.

As a result, Bradford is now facing four additional aggravated assault charges.

Bradford was dismissed from the football team immediately after his arrest.
