Authorities seek help identifying armed robbery suspect

Pima County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in an armed robbery on Oct. 24.

According to a news release from the Sheriff's department, the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his early 20s. He was wearing a black and red baseball hat, gray hooded sweatshirt, and a light long-sleeve undershirt.

He was driving a light-colored four-door sedan.

The suspect was armed with a silver revolver, which he used to smash a window in the drive-thru at the McDonald's at 5335 S. Palo Verde Road.

The suspect reached through the broken window and removed the cash drawer from the register before driving away.
