Arizona voters pass Prop. 206 to increase state's minimum wage

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Arizona voters approved a raise for many in the state Tuesday night.

Proposition 206, which will increase the state's minimum wage, passed. As of 9 p.m., it was leading with 64 percent of the vote.

The minimum wage will increase to $10 next year, $10.50 in 2018, $11 in 2019 and $12 in 2020.

All results are unofficial until verified by the Arizona Secretary of State Office.
