TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A former Catalina Foothills High School teacher will be sentenced in December after pleading guilty to sexual contact with a minor under 18 on Nov. 8.

Charles Schubert was arrested in February after detectives from the Pima County Sheriff's Department investigated a report by a Catalina Foothills HS student of an inappropriate relationship between Schubert and a student.

Crimes Against Children detectives learned through witnesses and evidence that Schubert had engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with a student at the school.

Schubert's sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 14.
