UPDATE: Officials reopen Ajo Highway after crash west of Tucson

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Eastbound lanes of State Route 86, also known as Ajo Highway, were closed briefly because of a crash west of Tucson on Wednesday, Jan. 10, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure was at Milepost 160, near Ryan Airfield and lasted less than an hour. The road was reopened shortly before 4 p.m.
