TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - An inmate, identified as 42-year-old Juan Carlos Dorado, has walked away from a satellite prison camp at the Federal Correctional Complex in the 9300 block of South Wilmot Road, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Dorado is described as white, 5-foot-7 tall with black hair and brown eyes, weighing 170 pounds. He was discovered missing at 1 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22 from the camp. He had been sentenced to 135 months for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and for conspiracy to commit money laundering by the U.S. District Court of the District of Montana.

The satellite prison camp is a minimum security facility that houses 144 male offenders.
