PINAL COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Pinal County Sheriff's Office arrested 39-year-old Alejandro Telles of Tucson after he traveled to Florence to have sex with, who he believed to be, a 14-year-old female.

Telles began talking to detectives on Tuesday morning, April 17.

The PCSO investigator, posing as the minor, made it clear to Telles that he was speaking with a 14-year-old girl. Alejandro was quite explicit and inappropriate during his conversation with the detective. Within hours of that conversation starting, Telles was driving up to meet the undercover detective.

Alejandro was booked into the Pinal County Jail on 1 count of Attempted Sex Conduct with a minor and 1 count of Luring a Minor.
